When the goal is a display people drive across town to see, we design it from scratch.
Custom work starts with a photo rendering of your property. We layer roofline, greenery, trees and landscape into a single composition, then adjust color temperature and density until the elevation reads the way you want from the street.
Signature elements include lit canopies and light tunnels, oversized starbursts and snowflakes, pixel-mapped animated features, illuminated monograms and scaled installations for entries and courtyards.
We also install permanent architectural lighting — track-mounted, app-controlled fixtures tucked into the roofline that produce warm white year-round and full color for the holidays, with no annual installation.

- Track-mounted RGBW fixtures installed once into the roofline. They are nearly invisible by day and produce warm white accent light year-round plus full color for holidays, controlled from your phone.
- How far in advance should custom work be booked?
- Custom fabrication needs lead time — start in July or August. Complex animated and permanent projects are often scheduled a full season ahead.
