Entrance work usually combines lit garland on stone monuments, oversized wreaths, wrapped canopy trees and low-voltage uplighting on evergreens. Where power is limited we install photocell-timed circuits or battery-backed systems so nothing depends on a resident's outlet.
Because entrances are seen thousands of times a day, we prioritize them in our service route — outages at community entrances are corrected within 24 hours.

Single-entrance packages typically start at $2,000 and run to about $3,500 per season; full communities with multiple entrances and common areas are quoted after a walkthrough.
Common questions
- Can you present to our board?
- Yes. We attend board or annual meetings in person or on video, bring renderings and references from nearby communities, and provide a written scope your management company can file.
- Who handles the electricity at our entrance?
- We audit available circuits during the site visit. Where an entrance has no reliable power, we design around photocell timers, dedicated GFCI runs or coordinate with your electrician before the season.
- Do you bill the HOA or individual homeowners?
- Either. Communities are typically invoiced once through the management company, but we also run opt-in homeowner programs at neighborhood pricing.
