Our crews use damage-free clips designed for your specific gutter, shingle or slate profile. We never use nails, staples or adhesive, and we never drill into fascia. Power runs are hidden along downspouts and terminated at a photocell timer so your display turns on at dusk and off at your chosen hour.
Pricing is all-inclusive and fixed before we start. Design, materials, installation, season-long service, January takedown and climate-controlled summer storage are one number — there is no per-hour billing and no charge to replace a failed bulb.

Most residential displays in Central Ohio range from $1,200 to $4,500 in the first season, depending on roofline length, home height and tree count.

- Do I own the lights or do you?
- We own and maintain the lights. Your investment covers design, installation, all-season service, takedown and storage — so you never store or repair anything, and worn strands are replaced at our cost.
- Will installation damage my roof or gutters?
- No. We use clip systems matched to your roofing material and never use nails, staples or adhesives. Our crews are insured for $1M and trained on steep, slate and tile roofs.
- When do you install residential displays?
- Installations run from early October through the first week of December, weather permitting. Lights are set on timers and can stay dark until you are ready to turn them on.
